What are conditions?
Excellent
"Like-new" or "Open-box". Item shows no signs of cosmetic damage and has not been used. Item comes with all original parts and accessories.
Good
Item has been slightly used and shows visible minor imperfections (light scratches or smudges). Item has been sanitized, tested and reboxxed with all original parts and accessories.
Fair
Item has signs of normal wear and tear from prior use and shows visible imperfections (deep scratches or scratches on multiple surfaces). Item has been sanitized, tested and reboxxed with all original parts and accessories.
What is a Nok Certified Refurbished product?
Nok Certified Refurbished products are items that deserve a second life. When purchasing a Nok Certified Refurbished product, you can be confident that they have -
- been treated right by its previous owner;
- been repaired by our certified technicians;
- gone through and passed a rigorous testing process;
- been cleaned and sanitized;
- contain all original parts and accessories
When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday - Friday will usually be sent out within one to two business days.
If for some reason we are unable to ship your order out within this window, we will be sure to reach out and let you know as soon as possible.
When will I get my order?
All orders are shipped economy ground from our centralized fulfillment centers and should arrive with 2-7 days of being shipped.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order in the orders detail page here. Once the order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided for you via email.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently ship internationally. Our services are currently offered to customers in the Contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, there is sales tax where applicable.
Can I return a Nok Certified Refurbished product?
All Nok Certified Refurbished orders, you may return your item for a full-refund within 30 days of the original shipment date. Beyond 30 days, no returns of any kind will be accepted. Please view our Return Policy for more information.
The item I want is out of stock, what do I do?
If an item you have your eye on is out of stock, don’t fret! There’s a good chance it’ll be back in stock in the near future, new inventory is added daily. If there is a specific product you’re curious about, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Experience team and we might be able to give you a rough estimate of when it’ll be back in stock!
